Re: Madden 2012 - 2013 Franchise - Ready for Download - Here!
If you are interested, I have created a franchise starting in year 2 (so dates match up) that I have kept up to date everyday. I have played almost every game so that my records matches real NFL records including the game that ended in a tie. Any player that is on injured reserve, I changed to a punter so they won't be in the game on special teams. All edits and signings have been done using the editor. I have no freezing issues what so ever, even with minimal position requirements on some teams. I have also done coaches edits too, except the one that happened recently (KC offensive coordinator). I haven't had the chance to make that edit yet. All other edits are up to date as of yesterday. If you want to check it out, I'll upload .for you.
Here is the franchise file. Sorry for the delay folks. Enjoy!!!
Chicago Bull
Chicago Bears
Chicago Cubs
Chicago Blackhawks....
Damn those White Sox!!!Comment

Ok, I have completely reworked the rosters and have fixed the freezing issues (knock on wood) I am working on the depth charts now. Stallworth was signed to the Pats today so I've completed that transaction. Once I get these guys lined up properly, and get the teams tested, we should be good to go.Comment

How were you guys able to put people on IR? I haven't figured it out.Comment
-
The IR in madden is screwed. I would suggest against putting players on it at all costs. Having too many players on it will cause various issues, including hard crashes. Turn your injuries down or manage all 32 teams to make sure players don't bug the IRComment

Re: Madden 2012 - 2013 Franchise - Ready for Download - Here!
Im beginning to think its not going to be possible to even save any of these custom franchises. I couldnt get SEC's earlier files to save and ive been trying to get statsdon's to save and its not working either. I know Im rehashing and resigning correctly as Ive had absolutely no trouble in the past saving any file from Madden. Ill give SEC's new file a go when he releases it but I have a gut feeling it wont save either.
Who knows maybe EA did something to get back at us for figuring out how to hex so we go buy 13 instead lol.Comment

Man, I wouldn't give up hope. Are you sure you are signing properly? I will download stats file and try to save. Re: Madden 2012 - 2013 Franchise - Ready for Download - Here!

Re: Madden 2012 - 2013 Franchise - Ready for Download - Here!
End of thread... It appears to be some protection EA has placed on the file. I've done every thing I can think of to try and remove it... no dice
I have posted the consolidated rosters I am using for the franchise. I urge anyone looking to use an updated franchise to visit the OP to learn how to build the franchise for yourself. Sorry guys.
I have also included the import files for the schedule, coaches, and draft....Last edited by SECElit3; 12-04-2012, 06:23 PM.Comment

Re: Madden 2012 - 2013 Franchise - Ready for Download - Here!
I guess the only way itll work is if we start a new chise, save it, then import the schedule, roster, and then go through and cut UDAs and re order depth chart?
This is stupid. It makes no sense that you can use other peoples rosters by rehash but franchise doesn't work. Do you have to change the Console ID as well maybe?Comment

Re: Madden 2012 - 2013 Franchise - Ready for Download - Here!
I honestly think EA is to blame for this. I remember just a few weeks ago i easily downloaded and saved someone elses franchise. Its when the first draft classes came out and someone put up a franchise so we could see how the 2013 class turned out.Comment

Re: Madden 2012 - 2013 Franchise - Ready for Download - Here!
There haven't been any updates however. What is the error message you get?
Something just doesn't sound compatible with the 2 versions it seems.
EDIT
Realistically, we really could start a new franchise with the new roster, save it, load it up in the editor, import scheduling/coaching, and then we would be good to go. You don't technically have to have 32 team control and remove all the UDA's if they don't bother you. Do the UDA's do something to mess up the game?Last edited by Acousticx; 12-04-2012, 08:11 PM.Comment

The roster is correct, and yes, you can start a new franchise with the roster I posted. The reason you would want to use 32 team control is to control the transactions initiated during the season and more importantly the pre-season. Here are the steps you need to take to start your franchise with accurate rosters and schedulingThere haven't been any updates however. What is the error message you get?

Start new franchise with 32 team control and my roster
Without simming ANY games, save and load the franchise file into the reader.
Select Actions and purge CPU players - This will remove the CPU generated UDAs - 684 to be exact
Save the file and load into the game - without doing anything else, sim every game individually to the regular season
Once in the regular season, Reset all of the depth charts individually through the franchise menu ****Very Important***
Once this is complete load the file again into the reader and import the schedules, coaches, and Draft Class. Save and load into the game - Easy as pie brother
Feel free to hit me up with questions!!! That is why I am hereComment
