Re: Whos the best HB you have drafted in a Rookie draft?
Wade Hedrick and Tobias Bray, both 99 Speed, Hedrick has decent power to boot while Bray is ridiculously agile and a good returner AND has very good carry rating on top of it, their OVR might suck but they are killing it for me. Who needs a "change of pace" back when you can get a "holy crap they have another one who's just as fast!" back? You gotta have Hope! (My Minnesota Vikings franchise)

Best Power Backs - Jeremiah Banks and Andrew Chandler. Although they are power backs with high ratings in Trucking, they also have 95 SPD. And 95 ACC. These two have been my favorite backs.
Best Speed Back - King Collins. 99 SPD and 99 ACC with high Elusiviness and decent catching starting out. He is a game changer. He can out run anyone. Great on outside runs, counters, pitches, and screen passes.
All 3 of these guys are storyline players. If their story comes out right, they are superstar with high OVR.
P.S. Iran Montgomery is good, but I would take Collins over him.Comment

Best thing about Hedrick and Bray is that they're both late-rounders, you can easily pick them up in round 5+ since their OVR isn't great and their development is only Normal, but still they've been massive producers. The fun thing about Hedrick is that he's white and built like your typical power back but still has 99 Speed...You gotta have Hope! (My Minnesota Vikings franchise)

Yup he is a story line player. You need his story to go right to get the 95 SPD. Same with Banks. They can get injured or have a not so great season and their ratings will drop. But if everything goes right, they are unstoppable.Comment

Also, for whatever it's worth, Nikolai Smokolov, if he comes out as a RB, plays very well for me! Definitely a Mike Alstott-type, but had SS development and is great if his injury/toughness is improved. Probably not one of the "best in the game" but solid nonetheless.Comment

Xavier Slaughter...dont remeber ratings off the top of my head but he is a darren sproles/leon washington type back. Hes only 5'9 but his speed and agility allow him to break a ton of tackles....plus hes got a sweet name and people in my online CCM have started calling him Slaughterhouse X.Comment
