Ok..here is what I did..(which took several attempts but worked)
First download either the program on the web site or Horizon which u can find here..
http://www.xboxmb.com/horizon/
Format USB on ur Xbox
Download a file from Madden 13 (I used a roster)
Transfer USB to computer
Download the title update 3 to USB from website I posted earlier
Transfer USB to Xbox download

Now couple things..
Again this took me several (many) attempts so exactly what I did is questionable..
U need to clear/delete the title update 4
U will not be able to play online or sign in to Live while using Madden or will make u update last update
If continued issues look on YouTube as that is were I found most info and I'm no where near good with computers or this stuff..hope it helps
