It's much more of a challenge having to make quicker decisions at the line of scrimmage before the snap. 15 seconds gives you way too much time..

I upped the CPU Pass sliders to the black set. Here's my latest game. I was down the entire game until the 4th quarter. Staged a late game comeback for the win.

I get what you're saying about the pass completion %. He hasn't been that bad ever and shouldn't be. This looks a lot better.
