I have a hell of a time with that vault but finally figured it out through some trial and error. Highlight the Current/Fantasy/Historic Column and press square until you get to Historic highlighted. He downloaded a bunch this weekend. They are there.

Thanks! im going to start working on it. Im also thinking of doing each teams best , ex( 98 yankees, 86 mets, 2004 red sox) this may take a while but im interested to see how it would turn out.

I actually have been editing your 1978 roster for my own enjoyment. I first want to thank you for posting the roster. I think you did a fantastic job and its a year i find very interesting.

What i have been going is: corrected any uniform #'s off. removed many of the UFA since they were current players, been changing the lineups to reflect the 1978 lineups used, added some more players, been lowing the ratings for players with very low ABs/Innings pitched, and currently using the bahnzo editor to redo some hitters using 1978 L/R splits.

I am glad to have found you on OS, so i could personally thank you for all the work you have done.

You can also sort by user name. If you sort beginning with Z you won't have as much to pan through.

Really wish they could add some kind of search feature for the vaults.

Yes you can but you have to do it online, no customization offline. Actually have made contact with him and his PSN name is russilini. He has told me has made a lot of these and plans to release more of these. He said he has rosters from 68-84 so quite a stretch and then wants to release rosters from years 36-56.....he is a pretty motivated individual I should say the least...Not sure if he is a member here though but asked him to check us out here at OS.

Many thanks for giving us the heads-up on these rosters. I'm hooked. 1968 was my favorite year ever as a fan. As an 8 year old kid I thought Bob Gibson walked on water (for that season he did). It's like going back in a time machine. Thanks again, friend. Btw, could these rosters be used in a season with the old stadium pack that's on PSN?

Going to have to check this out. Maybe try a re-match of the 68' World Series and face Bob Gibson. Now the only question is who should I use? Mickey Lolich or Denny McLain?

Cards beat McLain 2 out of 3 games with Gibson beating him twice. Lolich beat the Cards 3 times. Beat Gibson in Game 7. I was crushed

He has a boatload of historical rosters in the vault now. If you want any get 'em before they shut down the vault for 12. I doubt he will duplicate these for 13 since he put these up for 12 so late in the year.

Wow, didn't realize he had so many out there - I had only downloaded 2 of his sets before reading this. Now I have them all...thanks for the heads up!
