What the hell is with all the fumbles in the latest patch? Just got robbed in another game, every time I got a first down on a curl route in the 4th quarter or dump off to the RB he gets hit, not even a hard hit, and the ball squirts out. It didn't used to be this way.

Is it not possible to play the pass or play the run anymore? Like when you hold LT and direct the Right Stick either way? When I try to do it now my player just pumps up the crowd.

Upgrades look great, I just wish you didn't have to use Gameflow for play-calling when playing vs other users online

I am a 34 yr old MAN, the people who made this game act like a bunch of nerds or young pre-schoolers who never played football in they're life.I've been playing john madden football since 1993 right after joe montana "Sports Talk Football".Through out the years I say this is by far the most rediculous game they ever made.They think bringing the game online with lack of understanding about football is going to profit.I thought 2009 was stuupid but 2013 takes the cake! Im glad I bought this game on black friday(what a waste),to try it out.Now im ready to sell it to get my money back plus a little extra change for the dorks out there ready to buy it.I only play madden,thats the only game I have.THE GAME IS NOT AS CRISP,LIKE MADDEN 08,seems like madden13 is more blury than 12.I guess it's time to grow up and stop playing video games.im not no kid or a nerd,so don't MAKE me play with them.

I agree with most of what you said, except that I wouldn't call Madden 13 "rediculous," but I could agree with ridiculous. :wink:

When ever I've tried to start a new offline CCM since patch (#3), with imported custom rosters, the game locks up when I try to edit the depth chart in practice or in a game, so I would just continue using the updated CCM rosters. Yesterday I noticed that there was new patch (#4), so I edited the rosters again, then proceeded to try to start a new CCM with custom imported rosters and the same thing happened, the game froze up again when I tried to edit the depth chart during the first practice of the franchise, so I guess the issue isn't getting fixed this year. Has anyone else experienced this issue too?

You can't change position groups in ANY screen in the off-season. Just wait for that one. You can't scout in the off-season unless you only want to scout QB's. You can't sign any free agents unless they are only QB's, you can't draft any players who aren't QB's, you can't set a depth chart before the next season except for QB's. It's insane that EA Sports can steal people's money and put out a product that doesn't even work for the SIMPLEST of tasks like going through a menu. That's the last time any dime of my money goes to EA. It's a shame because NHL is actually a good game, but I'm not supporting this BS anymore. They have now stolen hundreds upon hundreds of dollars of my money between faulty NCAA and Madden games over the last four years. Really? Can't even CHANGE FROM THE QB POSITION GROUP IN ANY MENU, EA?

I am having a blast in my offline CCM with my Falcons after all title updates, with my own set of sliders. I am 5-2 so far, after dropping last 2 games against raiders and eagles who played physical game pounding the ball, hmmm sounds familiar to real falcons, see Falcons loss to Panthers yesterday. Stats have been solid, turnovers reasonable(mostly of my own fault - not covering up ball or throwing balls into coverage). Having a blast so far.

any word on this yet, its so frustrating. I either have to use the outdated rosters or have half the league with huge belly's and i cant do nothing about it.

I might be late to the game regarding the patch but I would appreciate if someone could answer these questions

Has body editing now been taken out of offline roster editing I cant' seem to find it.?
also do you have to downloadlatest roster in order to enable player body editing. I know you can't edit online but I just got the game free and was told that you could edit offline. Appreciate any answers.

I went in to change my helmet and facemask (in offline ccm ps3/custom roster/created player) and the change does not stick. It reverts back to the original. Not a deal breaker by any means, just annoying.

Rented it today and haven't noticed any difference from the season ticket weekend which was the last time I played it. Other than one big bait and switch,during the season ticket weekend I WAS able to get updated rosters without XBL Gold and now I can't. Glad I didn't buy it. I'll check in on the career mode and see if I get playing time now when the starter is a total bum.
