I am getting ready to edit every one of Rate Sports head-to-head files and I was wondering if I gave Devin Hester (at the bronze tier) the "Leadership" ability, if this would allow the blockers to block for him better on punt and kick returns.

And I have Shane Lechler as a Gold on the Raiders, and I gave him Coffin Corner/Clutch/ and Leadership. Does anyone know what effects "Leadership" will have on his performance?
