I find with the Blue Set that no matter what defenses I play, I get picked apart, blitz, man, full zones, picked apart. Donovan McNabb 80% completion percentage. It's crazy, gonna have to turn down to the red set. I like the challenge, but it's a bit much when a guys are doing 75%+ on completions.
Another thing, keeping everything else the same for the blues, but what I don't get is I see tonnes of blown coverages, CBs not even close to their receivers, never see the CPU do that. I am playing with the Colts, so not a great team, but blown coverages all over.

Do you have the USER pass defense on the 60-15-0 settings? If you do you might as well change the pass defense to 55-20-0 like some other's are doing.. You should see better pass coverage and more INTs..
