    Best NFL defenses: YPG, Points Allowed, Sacks

    Going along with the offenses, here are the best defenses. Once again, teams in bold are playoff teams.

    Yards Per Game:
    1. Steelers 275.8

    The Jets defense was surprisingly good despite losing Revis and being on the field for 3/4ths of the game

      Sacks are how many the team takes and not how many they have.

          ESPN is the place for NFL stats! Find a list of the Offense Total team stat leaders for the 2025 NFL Regular Season.


          Denver 52.0
          St. Louis 52.0
          Cincinnati 51.0

          Minnesota 44.0
          Houston 44.0
          Miami 42.0

                  I do believe you have the wrong stat line there for sacks. I don't know exactly which one your using, but if I had to guess, its showing how many sacks those teams have given up on offense. No way jaguars have 50 sacks!

                    Ugh, another overrated Steelers defense that the media loves to talk about being THE BEST DEFENSE IN FOOTBALL when they just really aren't.

                        Maybe it's just me but I haven't heard anybody refer that to Pittsburgh in a while. Same with Baltimore as well.

                          Got to witness that Rams pass rush this week. Man they are fast. NFC West is becoming the best conference for defense.
