Finally after a long time I was able to complete the file fifa, I state that the update when it comes out of the roses I do not dump them (because otherwise I bust all) but I will of course again manually publishing the updated file, I want to emphasize that tactics are all originals by almost all leagues including the owners and benches then i'm going to summarize the contents of this file:
1) Renamed stadiums all leagues present in fifa 13
2) Created 28 new modules (including the movement of darts and levels of intensity offensive and defensive)
3) Assigned the original forms to all teams in the game (apart from the Arab League and the Korean forgive me .....)
4) Created 28 custom tactics, including those of all the big leagues, and then divided into two teams trance medium and those who struggle for the salvation
5) Modified the values of some players (see Goicoechea, Toni and others)
6) Awarded all shooters of punishments and penalties exact and also the team captains
7) Edit all the roses of the game, putting the right holders and their benches
8) All the tactics and formations were taken from www. http://www.transfermarkt.it, thus corresponding to the actual games
9) Added several choirs but I do not know if this can make because maybe you should have in your ps3
