****if you are starting to notice these are no longer providing a challenge for you. or they just arent in general. bump the difficulty to superstar and go to the attributes and all sliders for cpu that are 46 change to 40. that is the only changes you need to make for the bump to superstar

* set up your defense in the pregame loading screen. it will help.
* if you are having trouble stopping a team from scoring in the post. switch to protect paint and back your defenders off perimeter players. if you get all up in them. of course they are going to drive and kick.
* if you do not run plays...you will not win the majority of your games.
