Blatant goalie interference not being called?

Anybody else been seeing this often?

Granted it worked in my favor this time, but this is pretty bad. The only thing I can think of is that this wasn't considered a "hit" for some reason. The goalies for this slider/patch seem to slide all over the place now so maybe that has something to do with it.

Goalie interference was really toned down this year, last year you could go and spear a goalie all you wanted but now you can move the goalie outta the way and not get called for it. And yes that was Blatant as heck.

Well then... That needs to be fixed... If you ever do get sick of computers enough get a 6v6 or 5v5 club thingy going No weirdness with computers there.

Will do.. care to play sometime? Can never seem to get into a club that ever plays, just trying to get all my boosts via bap right now, playing vs legend cards with my amateur is painful to say the least.

There is a club for ps3 called BlazingCannabanoids, I'm not sure if you have a ps3 though.

Yeah and weirdly enough the other day I saw a "phantom interference", one of my players randomly got called for goalie interference even though all that happened is they got tied up with a dman.

Had to say it's the case. Last night in OTP, we won 1-0, and on the goal, I clearly went to the net too hard, couldn't turn sharp enough, and then bang in the goalie who was forced onto the left post. One of our player shot the puck at the same moment and it went in.

I was sure the ref would come like an EA version of Mick McGhough and waive is arm telling no goal and sent me the sinbin.

Nah, nothing at all. The replay showed it was a blatant interference on the goalie.

Even if it was good for us since we won, I found it pretty disgusting for the other team. It's one thing to lose a game, but not like this!

Juts played a game today where one AI skater literally just pushed my goalie out of the way and another shot the puck in. Absolutely brutal, lol.

IMO they got rid of "proper" goalie interference because of the new skating engine.

No goalie interference, but then goalies are ghosts in this version; i.e. you go right thru them.

That video is ridiculous. I mean come on: just shove the goalie outta the way and score??? That's not hockey. Ugh.....

I just picked the game up yesterday, and from my understanding from those that I'm playing with..

Interference, whether it's skater or goalie, is not called if you don't use the right analog stick.. due to the new skating.
