    OSFM 2013: New York Yankees

Alright, let's get the conversation started for the Yankees. We have some time to work on this so we may as well start discussing who we want at each level and hash out some potentials.

I'm certainly willing to work on basic info and ratings. If anyone would also like to assist in that it might help. However, I'm horrible at faces and frankly couldn't really care less when it comes to equipment, so if anyone wants to help in those areas it would be greatly appreciated. Just let me know what you'd like to work on.

    Basic Info & Ratings - Sink4ever & bspring3 & ??
    Stances/Motions - Sink4ever & bspring3 & ??
    Faces - ARoid1313 & ??
    Equipment - ptbnl & ??

It's possible he may be in the game, won't know 'til it's out.

Romine should be on the roster, he was on the game last year with actual MLB photo, should be in this year. Name should be in red.

Delan Betances should be in red also, he pitched in 2011.

If that was the case then why would Pineda have a picture?

Pineda was hurt all of last year, and SCEA usually includes players who missed the season due to injury.

I didn't say they werent going to include his picture, I was making light of his argument. Romine should have a picture as well as Betances. They both played in the MLB even if it was 2011.

Like I said, unless the player misses the entire season due to injury, players who did not play in a single MLB game during the 2012 season will not appear in MLB 13, regardless of their previous MLB experience. Pineda should appear in 13 because he falls under the category of injured players, Romine and Betances do not. Its a stupid rule but that's just how it is...

Alright, there's really no point in worrying too much about it yet. If they're not included, we'll just make them. Let's concentrate for now on filling out the rosters and maybe discussing potentials. Sound good?

Okay, so I added some potentials to everyone. These are really just initial gut impressions, may need to move a few down so it's in line with all the other teams. Feel free to share your thoughts!

Personally, I think Banuelos is probably a mid to high B now. Also, I think Montgomery deserves a little bit more of a potential boost. His minor league numbers are very comparable to David Robertson's; plus Baseball America ranked him with the best fastball in the org in 2011 and best slider in 2012. Maybe a high B. I think I'd also swap the potentials of Heathcott and Williams, but that's just personal preference. Sounds like Williams has a better chance of making it.

Just my opinion from an outside view.
