Which signature skills should I have for my offensive post player?

I obviously would take the two post exclusive signatures but that would still give me 3 more to go after. Which ones should I aquire?

    I was thinking
    1.) Post Proficiency
    2.) Post Playmaker
3.) Bruiser ( Better backdowns, and score with ease due to player fatigue)
4.) Active Hands (Love to play zone so im typically around during lay-ups or dunks.)
    5.) Scrapper (Rebounding)

Was even thinking about making 4 & 5; Microwave and Heat Retention.
    Any thoughts or changes?

I would take out Scrapper and put in Hustle Points, seems to help you be in good position for the Offensive board.

That being done, you'll be a beast

      1. Post proficiency is a waste
, you don't need it with a high inside rating, plus a high standing dunk rating is your friend when underneath the basket, no fake is needed.

      2. Post play-maker is worthless, I average 10 assist a game, my center passing rating is maxed at 50.

      3. Bruiser 3 is broken, If you touch any player with Bruiser 3, the Gatorade icon will instantly appear. You will grab plenty of Rebs because everyone on the other team will be tired which equals brick city.

      4. Active hands is a waste
, again a high standing dunk is all you need for easy put backs, no fakes necessary.

      5. Scrapper is great to have.

      6. Microwave and Heat retention are a waste on a center. I'm on fire all game simply from dunking the ball as a big man.

      Signature skill needed

      Scrapper
Bruiser " if you want to cheese'
      Defensive anchor
      Finisher
      Gatorade pack

Yes I do, I mixed up the hustle point signature skill but the active hand signature skill is also a waste.

I went with Post Efficiency, Scrapper, Prime Pack, Finisher and eventually Posterizer. I was post up 4 but eventually became face up.

Really don't need post playmaker, I averaged 8 assists by the time I was done.

With that said, being a post is fairly easy in MyPlayer, especially on the lower levels.

I love Post Proficiency. I consider it extremly helpful if you rely on Post Hooks or Post Fadeaways a lot. If you don't play in post position it doesn't do anything of course.
Post Playmaker would be nice, if your big man wasn't capped at Level 1.
              Bruiser is OP.
Scrapper is nice. Rebounding is hard, so you need every help you can get.
About Active Hands: I never thought about taking this, because I thought it was for guards that steal a lot. But now that I think about it, maybe it's also good for blocking players. Just saw, that e.g. Eric Canter and Paul Milsap have that skill (utahjazz360.com/bcoopsta/our-boys-and-their-nba2k13-signature-skills/), so it could in fact be a skill for centers.

But the best sig skills IMHO are Defensive Anchor and Floor General. Nothing beats making your team better.

Unfortunately, I also thought active hands to make more sense for bigmen, considering they are banging inside with offensive players attempting to get the ball thru them, and the skill is for steals vs scoring moves. But, all of the bigmen (even a defensive C) max out their steal cap at 70, and level 2 of active hands requires 75 steal. I think it should be 75 steal or 75 low post def. and this would be a much more viable skill.

Tenacious Rebounding instead of scrapper and Lockdown Defender is a must, I know you want to play offensively, but it is by far the most powerful signature skill in the game.

                    1) Finisher - You'll make most of your post shots
                    2) Defensive Anchor - improve team defense
                    3) Tenacious Rebound
                    4) Lockdown Defender
                    5) Brick Wall - Set great picks

I agree with all 5 of these for any big man, except I switch out Defensive Anchor for Posterizer because I'm athletic & off post, but in general you could switch out anything you'd like.

Maybe Post Prof. or as mentioned, any of the Floor Gen/Def Anchor are alright

This is my exact setup for my athletic 7'1 PF. It works wonderfully, I play for the clippers so using brick wall with Chris Paul is amazing, he throws lobs for me all day.

You don't really need posterizer if your dunk is maxed..Well in my experience so far with my big man.
