What's their to do?

I am currently in 2 OA, pretty boring. I have an all star "myteam" mode. Have MJ, Magic, and Bird. Quick games are horrible because the other team quits and doesn't give me the W. I have a maxed out 99 myplayer (legit). Have a ton of vc from playing so much. Honestly what is their to do and have fun consistently? Thanks in advance

I would say make a new my player but do a whole knew play style. For example, if you were a guard make a center or Power foward who score from post moves and dunking. Or vice versa of course.

1. Create a themed "myteam" instead of using allstars. Defensive, 8 seconds or less, current bulls, legend lakers, etc...

2. Redo myplayer at a different and opposite position.

3. Do association using legend fantasy draft

4.experiment with teams play book, off ball controls, etc ... Opens up your game.

5. Use any extra Vc to open packs in myteam mode.

6. Play with celebrities. Download created celebrities.

7. Download created teams ... 06 suns, 05 pistons, 03 magic etc...

8. Give your myplayer a different look. Something weird!

9. Tell your friends who have 2k to play teamup and blacktop online with you.

10. Go a few days without the game but watch plenty of basketball. You'll be eager to play then lol.

Start a new MyCareer in a different position but add Legends in to make it more challenging. I was in exactly the same boat as you till i started playing with shaq!

Play some Halo or something.

Other than that, just get away from the game and watch some NBA for a few days. Maybe restart some things like your MyCareer or an Association.

Nobody's forcing you to play 2k all day every day.

Play Association, My Career, CAL. There are plenty of options. 2K13 isn't strictly an online game.

you dont get a win when your opponent quits? i dont believe that but regardless, why not just play online for fun anyway? you're not going to be ranked in the top 100 most likely so your record really doesnt matter.

Play GM mode

In other words, start an Association with any team and simulate through to the year 2030 and beyond! Along the way, you make trades, sign FA, offer contract extensions, staff hirings, scouting, etc. A rule of thumb that I generally use to make it more realistic is that I make no more than one trade during the season, and no more than one during the off-season.

In my GM mode, I controlled the Phoenix Suns and simulated to the year 2032. During that span, I won 7 titles thanks to my own formation of the Big 3.5 in Shabazz Muhammad, Derrick Williams, and Jared Sullinger as well as Kendall Marshall.

I thought you told me earlier you play online? i guess not anyway sometimes you instead get the lost instead of the person that left and you get 0 VC not worth wasting time on that.

thats never happened to me. ive always received the win when my opponent quits and ive always received VC after every online game.

network connection issues and stuff like that where the game gets dropped, yea ive received a loss when i was ahead. but never when my opponent has actually paused the game then quit.

but anyway, my point to the OP remains. just play online for fun and stop caring if your win/loss record is good or not.
