Is it possible to alter the quick plays

I might have got the title wrong, I'm speaking of the (ps3) pressing right on your control stick and you get a few options:
Square: player trys to get open
    Triangle: Players cuts to basket
    circle: Player post up
    X: err forgot this one

Is there a way I can change the preset "player" to do these actions/quick actions, It seems to auto choose your best 3pt shooter for the Square option and your quickest for your Triangle.

    Thanks

Not sure, but I don't think you can. At least you couldn't in all past versions I can remember. Would be nice to be able to edit these, but instead of gameplay we have lots of beautiful shoes we can even change the color of.

If you want these quick plays ready on a button, you could easily put some quick options in your teams playbook. Now simply use the "run best play" button, the CPU will call a quick iso/post up/3pt often.
The AI calls the same plays most of the time anyway, simply create a user playbook with 1 or 2 quick plays per type. Should do the trick

You can change it a little, but not like you want. For example, I play with Bobcats. I have Gerald Henderson (SG with nice post skills) and Tyrus Thomas (PF with good but not as good as Henderson post skills).

If I call quick post up with ball in Kemba's hands; it defaults to "Henderson Post Up." But if I pass the ball to Henderson and then call quick post up it changes to "Thomas Post Up."

So you can change it a little, but not much.

What about the defensive quick plays?

Yesterday I wanted to call a box-and-one, but that wasn't available, so I just went with a 2-3 zone instead...
