    Auto-Training in legacy?

Is there such thing as an auto training for your players in legacy? Tinkering around with the training seems so monotonous and tedious.

If you don't touch a thing, your players will train balanced every week, and thus progress across the board. IMO the only thing actually setting the training settings does is mold your players more to a chosen style. E.g., You can turn a slashing SF into a balanced one by working on his shot, whereas if you just do balanced training, he'll just be a better slasher. The bonus drills just amplify this, in my experience they're hard to the point where a player already has to be good at the skill in question just to pass the drill.

I usually set it on a team basis, which is quicker. First 6 weeks I set it to defence - balanced - stamina, then for the next six weeks outside shooting - balanced - balanced. For the last 12 weeks of the season, I tend to then focus on individual player needs. For the bonus drills, I only ever do the passing and rebounding ones, as you will always pass them. Use players that are rated lower in these skills, as you get a higher percentage increase.
