Can't believe this is coming up this weekend already. Not sure what to think about having all 13 episodes available. I'd rather have 2-3 at a time at most. Kinda like having time to digest and talk to people about shows.

Wow, I thought they were gonna release them every week or something. I'll definitely be checking this out.

Doesn't look as good as Boss on Starz was but I'd be willing to give it a shot. Have to find a way to see it since I don't have Netflix.

Just finished watching the first episode and I absolutely loved it. Spacey and the rest of the cast are great. I think I'm gonna like this series a lot. Looking forward to knocking some more out this weekend.

Will watch this for sure. Though, I will do an episode a day or so.

The only thing that will suck is not being able to talk about it once a week with you guys here.

Guess instead we can talk about the entire season run.

Not sure how to handle spoilers here since technically everything is available.

Also: Kevin Spacey is the man. I want to see this because of him and only him.

That's tricky. It was a non issue with Netflix's first original series (Lilyhammer starring Steven Van Zandt) because I was the only one to watch it.

I watched it. But way after you did.

We can talk about season 2 together.

Re: House Of Cards [Netflix Original] 2/01/13

I've watched the first five (out of thirteen) episodes. Spacey's character is unlike any I have ever seen. The best thing I can come up with is "ruthless civility" but it's hard not to like the guy. That's my own personal take though.

The story's own momentum and character development have made each episode better. This is a well written and well acted show. Good to see "Mikey" from the Sopranos (minus the stapled suit) and Constance Zimmer, although I wish she appeared more often.

The general premise is...... (I'll put it in spoilers but it actually is a lead in to the first episode.... just being careful)

                    Spoiler

This is a bit more of a spoiler, but not much of one.

                    Spoiler

                    Mikey

                    Constance Zimmer

Regarding spoilers, just say what episode you are on beforehand so if someone isn't that far they don't read the spoiler?

I think that's a good way to do it.

I hate to hold people back from discussing the series, so I think they should be able to do so. If they said: "Saw the whole series. I love that..." Then it's your own fault if you read past that and learn something you didn't want to know yet.
