Any one else have the problme of game already desiding your going to lose

It's like your going to lose or else. I am playing on All-American my first year dynasty with #4 oklahoma against #22 Texas. My first try at the game I felt like I was being cheated because almost every pass I through was a INT it didn;t matter if the WR was wide open or not and every run I did my RB Fumbled. In the first quarter it was 34-o I had thrown 5 INT's and Fumbled 6 times. Not only that but any play that was not either a INT or Fumble was called back for a flag. I restarted and the same thing kept happing. I restarted one last time and had a good game that went to the wire where I edged them out by 3 points 30-27 then as soon as the game was over it froze. It had desided I was going to lose or it was just going to freeze the whole dam thing. Has any of you run across it this bad?

Well I restarted the game after it froze and just let it do what it wanted I ended up loseing 41-7 because It already made its mind up I was going to lose.I have never had a AI so determaned to make me lose. I think I ended this game with six INT's and 4 or 5 Fumbles. I would have kept it close but every time I got into or around the endzone I would either have it called back or thow a INT or lose a fumble.

There are games that play like they are screw games. Happens every season, every edition of NCAA.

Honestly, I just think you haven't played the game enough and developed variation in your styles to compensate for what your opponent is doing. The different CPU teams have different styles and run different formations. What works great against one team will get you killed vs another.

However if you have Home Field Advantage turned on, the game does become significantly more difficult if you are on the road especially if you have a young QB. The thing to do is play conservative, using runs, draws and a short passing game until you can put together some momentum.

Yes, this does happen. Some people refuse to believe it, no matter what the evidence. They tell you it's the sliders or you're not a good player, etc.

But there are some games in which the CPU decides you should lose, no matter how obvious or even comically absurd it becomes.

It will cause you to fumble an inordinate amount.
It will cause your 99-rated QB to repeatedly miss WIDE OPEN WRs with no pressure on you at all.
It will cause the CPU QB to break multiple blind-side sack attempts, only to complete a blind 30 yard throw.
It will cause the CPU RB to become Earl Campbell, when he's 170 lbs and his break tackle rating is in the low 70s.

The people that refuse to admit it happens are delusional denialists. It happens, it's infuriating, and it's not going away.

This is why it is impossible to make sports games. Because everyone cries about how they want a "realistic" game, but when they lose a game they think they should win they say it's the computer cheating. Weird fumbles, good quarterbacks missing receivers, it all happens in real life too and I have never once seen the players in the press conference afterwards complain about cheating. I am not saying this game is perfect, but it is a lot better than people give it credit for. We unfortunately live in a society where everyone is a winner and everyone gets a trophy so no one knows how to accept losing anymore.

Just look at tonight's Super Bowl. If I was the user for the Ravens, I would have said the CPU is cheating after the lights went out. LOL good post.

I was playing as Penn State vs Nebraska in my dynasty, and at the end of the first half Taylor Martinez was 10 for 10 with 4 touchdowns. You can not tell me that I was not already programmed to lose.

Biggest issue I have, about this, is when the game decides to take your impact hb to 'even' the odds.

When you are on the road, hit L1 (on the PS3) and change some of your settings to conservative. Then see my previous tips. Trying to run a wide open offense in the first quarter on the road in a tough place to play is asking for trouble. Similarly, setting some of your defensive settings to conservative can often slow down the CPU offense. Play with them and learn them, because there are times to become aggressive also.
