Overalls are entirely pointless, so the first addition is really unneccesary.

Second, given that progression in Madden was almost entirely determined by statistical performance. I wouldn't mind it as a factor, but not entirely. Personally I felt the progression was fairly clunky/tedious. I'd rather be able to say 'I want my OL working on strength training, QB working on check down routes, halfback working on ball handling drills, a system more akin to the College Hoops practice system.
