I miss all the Combine Things you can do before you are being drafted.
I also miss making my own player play Punter/Kicker, wish it was part of ccm. -

Tournament feature. I can't believe they removed that?
I remember me and 5 friends picked teams and played each other in a tourney. The stats would be collected from all 5 games and that was the best moments of my life...Comment

Last gen franchise mode. Rebuild stadium or relocation. Create new uniforms. Set ticket, parking and concession prices. Upgrade stadium with the upgrades actually showing up. Player morale actually meaning something(I had Chad Pennington refuse to play or negotiate a new contract cause I benched him). Newspaper, Tony Bruno show. Training camp. Dynamic attendance. Fans would leave the game if it was a blowout to the home team. If the home team was bad fans wouldnt show up, if ticket prices were too high fans wouldnt show up. Fan appreciation day. Last gen franchise mode was so deep.
EDIT: it gets me mad sometimes how this once great mode has gone down the gutter. Was the best franchise mode of any sports game for years.Last edited by m1ke_nyc; 02-08-2013, 11:19 AM.It’s easier to do the right thing, than to explain why you didn’t.Comment

Re: Your fav feature from past maddens is?
Player morale was good when it meant something, resulting in unexpected holdouts etc. I really liked the mini-camp drills that were used. It was a good risk-reward. Vision cone was something that made the game so great. It made such a big difference depending on the QB you had and it made it more of a challenge with trying to improve your QB versus the risks you had to take with a QB that had all the ability but none of the brains.Comment
