Has anyone found out how much xp a hb actually gets when rushing for X amount of yards or how much xp he gets for rushing tds and recieving tds? i know it will be different based on what development they have.

It will be different per-player based on the development trait and also his player type; look at the player in question in the Team Goals section to figure out what single-game goals a player needs to hit to gain XP.

      Re: xp breakdown

It is pretty easy to figure out

Check weekly goal, there are 3 - mine are usually 90 rush yards, 2 rush TDs and one that varies (3 catches, 1 receiving TD)

Then also check the milestone goals. You can receive XP based on a 'great' performance through these (though there is a 'cap off'). It also varies from player to player. An example: "3 Rec. TDs - End the game scoring a total of three receiving touchdowns. 2000 XP". There are also some based on total rush yards, rush TDs, amount of 20+ yard runs
