Re: 2013 Transactions Thread
Definitely focusing on the Tebow part. I understand what you're saying... kind of like your feelings toward my Lin comparison, it's just hard for me to get past the Tebow comparison. Both are probably bad. I do get what you're saying but the still active Tebow thread makes it hard for me to just let that one slide by, lol. You're focusing too much on the "Tebow" part and missing what I'm saying though, lol.
I don't like the Jeremy Lin comparison because people(at least I did)knew that wasn't going to last and wasn't surprised when it's 3 weeks of fame ran it's course.
He would. I'm not saying he wouldn't deserve but there's also a difference between getting attention and getting TOO MUCH attention and if there's one thing Sports Fans in America hate, it's someone getting TOO MUCH attention.Comment

Damn, homie.Originally posted by Jeff Fisher“We felt like by claiming Titus we would have the opportunity to spend a good deal of time with him,” Fisher said. “We spent that time with him, we spent probably four or five days with him, and as an organization, at the end of the interview process, you might call it, we felt it was best to go in another direction.”Originally posted by BlzerLet me assure you that I am a huge proponent of size, and it greatly matters. Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise.
If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)Comment

Re: 2013 Transactions Thread
Yep. This was a great move for the Colts. He wasn't productive at all last year, Pagano's scheme doesn't work for him, he makes way too much money for his play recently, and he's turning 33 next week. I actually would've been mad if we resigned him.
That said I hope he has something left in the tank and finds success elsewhere. He'll definitely be in the Colts ring of honor one day.Indianapolis Colts

Re: 2013 Transactions Thread
Even though he is up there in years, I wouldn't mind the Bucs taking a chance on him as a third down/situational pass rusher if the price was right. Nobody is going to break the bank for him and only half of the league has any interest at all (3-4 teams wouldn't touch him with a 10 foot pole after last year) so I could see it happening.Comment

I watched some sport show and they were saying how Minnesota was interested in Harrison if he leaves the steelers. How true is this?PS4 Twitch: http://www.twitch.tv/candyman5os

Re: 2013 Transactions Thread
Patriots officially won't franchise tag Welker. I don't want to say this shocks me, as he had a lot of dropped passes this year. Yet, besides Welker, and maybe Lloyd, the Pats WR core is thin. I heard they could make a move for Percy Harvin, which makes sense now that they aren't keeping Welker. NFL.com ranked the top 4 WR's available (Bowe, Welker, Wallace, Jennings) and said that Welker can only succeed with a good quarterback. Wes could go to the Packers or Falcons.Ravens: In Ozzie We Trust
