Why can't you play the Pro Bowl.

I was wondering why can't you play the pro bowl in madden 13 if someone could help me out that would be awesome.

Pshhh EA Sports doesn't make games so you can have fun, they make them so they can make money (well at least football, NHL seems good to me).

On a serious note you can't, and I don't know why. You will probably be able to in the player CC (I haven't done one).

smh.....why can't they just include them???.....at least we can play the game more competitively than they do in real life. even espn nfl 2k5 had them in exhibition mode.

When have they taken something away and put it back as a new feature? Lol just curious because that joke is used a lot.

I imagine it's some sort of limitation caused by the rigid definition of the user as one particular character, be it a player or a coach. In the case of a coach, you likely aren't coaching the Pro Bowl, so of course you can't play it because you're not there.

I'm not sure if the Pro Bowl can be played at all, actually, be it as a coach coaching the highest-seeded losing team in the Divisional Round or as a player who earns an invitation.

I hate how overused it is as well, it's stupid to continually bring it up, it's what marketing does but it can't be denied.

There have been numerous examples but the first one that comes to mind is on field refs that were in the Sega versions.

On the Vita version you can, though I'm sure it's because the Vita version has the M12 franchise mode.

Just so you guys know, there is no circumstance where you can play the Pro Bowl in a Coach CCM, I went 15-0-1 in a season, and purposely lost the Division and Championship rounds just to see but I could not get the Pro Bowl

I've been elected to the Pro Bowl as a player, the game just makes you simulate it, which was very disappointing.

Really? I don't see an option to play the Pro-Bowl. I'm a little worried about this since I don't want my players playing before the Superbowl. Knowing EA, it will sim and A.P will be out for the year. Can anyone confirm there are no sim injuries in the Pro-Bowl?
