Fight through it for the season. The INTs should balance out. I really wouldn't recommend raising the INTs because you would have to lower the USER pass reaction to compensate and keep the USER total at 75 for that category. The CPUs passing will most likely start to struggle but if it's bothering you a lot go ahead and change the USER INTs to 30 and lower the USER pass reaction to 45.
