Return of the black arms in 2k12

Xbox updated yesterday and now the black arms are back, anyone have any ideas how to fix this. I tried to reinstall the title update, I got it to install and still black arms.

Yep. Last week all the rosters worked. Now the black arms are back. Checked and the Pic ID's are all 2203, still black arms.

Iam havin the same issue since weeks and it sucks so bad, I've tried everything,even wrote 2k on Twitter,but they won't help me either,maybe we should start an online petition?

Tried both the current and past NBA Today, Online Data, & Living Roster. Still can't get the black arms fixed.

Still not able to get the black arms fixed. Maybe the Online data and NBA Today files I have are no good. The arms fix worked until the last system update. If anyone could post working files I will give them a shot.

yeah i tried that also, did not worked for me either ..this sucks ,2k could fix this issue really quick, but they just dont care..

I've noticed that if you have a player whose CF ID has black arms and then his portrait is 2203, if you change his CF to another CF with black arms, the player can retain the arms and legs color of the previous CF--especially if the skin tone is different.

Is this still an issue, or was it resolved? Just curious. Have not tried it myself.
