NBA 2K13 3pt Rating Formula
(3pts made per game)+Season 3pt%= Rating
Tier 0(0.1 to 0.2)15+Season 3pt%= Rating
Tier 1(0.3 to 1.1)35+Season 3pt%= Rating
Tier 2(1.2 to 1.7)37+Season3pt%= Rating
Tier 3(1.8 to 2.4)39+Season 3pt%= Rating
Tier 4(2.5 & up)41+Season 3pt%= Rating

Potential
-->80 POT+ = future all-star
-->75-80 POT = future starter/possible all-star
-->69-74 POT = future role player/starter
-->64-68 POT = future role player (depending on starting OVL)
-->below 64 POT = probable bust

Rating
-->75-79= Top 5 draft pick
-->70-74= Lotery Picks
-->64-70= Mid Late 1st
-->55-63= 2nd Round
-->below 53 = probable Undrafted

DOWNLOAD & INSTRUCTIONS
1-Download: Mediafire
2-Copy the CyberFaces Files and paste it in your main NBA2K13 folder.
3-Copy the Draft class files to %appdata% :

Start > Run > Type : %appdata%, then find 2K Sports\NBA 2K13\Saves and paste the draft class's.

for XP users: C:\Documents and Settings\[your user name]\Application Data\2K Sports\NBA 2K13\Saves

for Vista or Win 7 users: C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming\2K Sports\NBA 2K13\Saves

If you are going for a realistic draft class, you should should not give prospects 4 or 5 Sig. Skills. Also, this class is said to be one of the weakest draft classes in recent memory.
