Tier 2(1.2 to 1.7)37+Season3pt%= Rating

Potential
-->80 POT+ = future all-star
-->75-80 POT = future starter/possible all-star
-->69-74 POT = future role player/starter
-->64-68 POT = future role player (depending on starting OVL)
-->below 64 POT = probable bust
Rating
-->75-79= Top 5 draft pick
-->70-74= Lotery Picks
-->64-70= Mid Late 1st
