Guys like Hoes, Avery, Steve Johnson, and Bundy are probably going to be in the game already because they all were in the majors at some point last year, so you shouldn't have to worry much about them.

I agree with lowering Esposito and raising Hader. I'd also suggest raising Belfiore to a C+ at most. I know the O's are really high on him (not sure about the rest of the league though)

Are you going to be looking for other filler guys for the minor leagues? Non prospects that will likely be in AAA and AA like Conor Jackson, Ryan Adams, etc. I can help you with who those guys should be.

steve johnson will be in the game. if not he is around a b to b- schoop is our number one position player so your right at about a b+ to an a-. glynn davis has a lot of potential if he can stay healthy might want to up him to a c+. make esposito a c+. tyler townsend the O's are pretty high on C+. Aaron baker is like a c- to d+ player. Michael Bielfiore depending on how we use him can be a B- guy in the pen and a C+ guy in rotation. Also add the other Bundy boy bobby bundy and make him a C.

Parker Bridwell is probably more of a C+ guy.

And I agree with bumping up Hader and Belfiore (just a half grade each) and bumping down Esposito. Other than that, looks great.

I would leave Branden Kline as a B-. He was a college relief pitcher. A B potential is a little high.

I'd bump Delmonico and Dan Klein down a half letter grade as well. Delmonico's potential is limited because he's probably going to be a first baseman. And Dan Klein hasn't progresses as a pro enough to show his potential is > C+.

Everybody talks about how the Os system is top heavy, while everyone else outside the top 6 or 7 are interchangable. I think the changes I suggested help sustain this farm system characteristic.

Also if you have a chance, could you check if Bundy has the highest A potential of the pitchers (just click sort by potential) ? Just wanna sure we're avoiding a potential problem there.

Bundy is an A potential. I'll see what I can do about tat HL reel.

Gotcha, my biggest concern is does he have the highest A potential of the starters ? If not, there could be issues down the line, where he could end up in the pen since his overall is the lowest of maybe 6 starters. I mention this arising as the Orioles already have 2 other A potential starters in the game plus Gausman as another A with OSFM set so if they draft other A potential starters and Bundy's overall only ends up at an 88 (being a Low A potential), the CPU will place him in the pen. If Bundy is a high A, his overall will progress well into the 90's, so the issue will not occur.
