Re: For those playing with the Reds...
I play with the Reds every year! Dayton born but now living near Tampa it helps me keep my roots..lol. I ususally make no trades and keep the rosters as real as possible. I am looking forward to using Choo this year. I have a feeling he will be 25 hr guy on this game because of the short right porch..

Re: For those playing with the Reds...
I don't believe he will be, but give it a few days and you can download him and many other top prospects on the vault.
While the Reds are my favorite team, I really like to build up teams so I haven't been able to really use the Reds for that since 07 or 08. I'll probably play as the Astros since they are pretty much just like an expansion team this year and I won't feel bad having to beat the Reds for the playoff spot anymore.
I may do a Franchise with the Reds once the Full Minors roster is out though. If that's the case I don't think I'll do much with the Reds really. If they stick with Choo in CF I'll likely stay with him there too since he's only going to be here for a year until Billy Hamilton comes up or I'll just stick Heisey out there since he's more than able to fill the position.
I'll probably keep the team as is until around June or July and if we aren't running away with the Central, make a few moves to better the team, which I won't know what that is until I see how they're playing. I just REALLY like the feel of this team. Last year I had a few moves before the season I would have made but this year, I'm fairly conformable with everyone.Comment

Re: For those playing with the Reds...
I've never been big on using Arroyo in video games, so I'll likely trade him. If I can find another good starter to replace him, I'll likely stick Chapman back in the bullpen if I can't find 1-2 decent upgrades there. Otherwise, he'll stay in as my #3 guy. Also would like to upgrade from Jason Donald/Xavier Paul as bench options.Comment

Re: For those playing with the Reds...
I'm looking forward to getting a season or franchise going with the redlegs ASAP. If all goes well with this lineup, you could practically running the same lineup out there every day. I'm glad we don't have any of this platoon business going on this year. Hopefully Choo is fast enough in the show and real life and can play a decent enough center for us. I'll start Chapman and move Leake to the pen most likely.Comment

Re: For those playing with the Reds...
Currently, I'm nearing the end of my Louisville Bats franchise..only 20 games left. That's right, every single pitch, of every inning during my franchise I use the AAA squad and let the Reds do their own thing, as I don't want to make them better or worse off.
I have a BIG decision approaching as my Bats season ends. Do I "get a promotion" if my team makes the playoffs, and move up to Cincy, or will I stay back and continue to play with Louisville on the new game. Tough choices ahead. If you want details on how my franchise with Louisville has been going, check out the last couple of pages on the 2012 Franchise Progress Thread.
