Milwaukee Bucks, Orlando Magic or Utah Jazz and why? I think I've narrowed it down to those three teams.

Also, if I'm doing a 30-team association, I always feel bad making trades because I pretty much dictate what goes down. What's the best way to eliminate that guilty feeling?
