It's not a slider but rather an attribute for every player.
Using Reditor II, some guys here were able to manipulate the rosters so that every player had an Anticipation rating of 25.
You can do it manually too, but using Reditor II seems to be the easiest way because you can make a global change with only a few mouse clicks.
The Reditor II will work for PC and Xbox 360 rosters. You can transfer the saved roster file from your Xbox to a USB key, then to your PC and open it with Reditor II. Save, transfer back to USB, back to Xbox. Done.
