Re: Which Young PG Would You Take?
Out of those guys I say its between Rubio and Kemba for me. I'll give Rubio the slight lead just because he's such a pure point while kemba is more of a combo guard."Every War Is Won Before It Is Fought" -Sun Tzu -

Re: Which Young PG Would You Take?
Figured I'd throw him in, he's actually a fairly decent point guard, just doesn't have as much upside as the others.
Decided to not put Kyrie or Lillard in because of the sheer amount of people that are on their ****.
EDIT: I was thinking about putting Wall in as well, being that he's somewhat struggled thus far and hasn't even been close to reaching his potential.Twitter: @TyroneisMaximus

Re: Which Young PG Would You Take?
Rubio's oft injured-ness gets to me. Kemba Walker however has had a great season and is improving his field goal percentage. I feel he has the highest ceiling here.Comment

Rubio all day. But I've been a big fan of his for a long time, so I'm biased. But I'd kill to have him on my team.NFL: Bills

Re: Which Young PG Would You Take?
Rubio pretty easily here. I really like Thomas' game, but I think he's a bit short to build a team around and we haven't really seen him play with a team that doesn't let him chuck a bit like the Kings. Kemba is a similar kind of situation. I like what he's done this year in Charlotte but I don't really see him as much of a natural point guard. He's a scorer who plays point guard. Knight is in the same mold. To me Rubio is a guy that is going to get the best out of the talent around him because of his abilities to pass the ball and his creativity, I don't feel the same way about the other three.NFL: Pittsburgh Steelers

Re: Which Young PG Would You Take?
Man I love Rubio's game. He can't finish around the basket, and his jumper is suspect at this point. His ability as a pure point guard almost makes up for it though.
Right now they are all at around the same level. Thomas and Kemba being virtually interchangeable in terms of playmaking ability with Knight being the most Brandon Jennings like out of the bunch. Great 3 point shooter, chucks too much so he shoots a low percentage

Yeah Knight is more of a 2 than a point guard.
Of those 4, I'd take Rubio for sure.Comment

I feel like outside of shooting he does everything better than the other guys mentioned. Minnesota already has a go to scorer in Love who can consistently give you 20+ PPG.
I think Rubio also has the highest basketball IQ and will be more of a natural leader on the court.Comment

Re: Which Young PG Would You Take?
I would take Kemba any day of the week.
I've been watching him since his days at UCONN and he is a straight up beast.. He is a true gem.
Rubio is good, yes, but I just don't see him surpassing Kemba, as well as Thomas or Knight.
