Taking Kemba (I'm a New Yorker so I'm definitely biased)... Rubio is the best pure point outta these four but with the position evolving the way it is I'm not sure he has the ability to dominate a game the way Kemba can until defenders really respect his jumper

Rubio is one of the few players I would pay money just so I can see him play. His court vision and passing are incredible.

I might go with Kemba after this year honestly.

It doesn't seem like Rubio is ever going to develop a jump shot, which means he's never going to be a closer because teams can pack the paint unless he's having a hot night.
