Luckily mine went through.

Anyways loving the game so far. Will be the first TW I have bought in a long time.
One thing I had to remind myself was that I just couldn't grip it and rip it. Had to play angles and play to my strengths so far.
I'm mainly struggling with consistancy for the whole round and (just like real life) my 2-3 blow up holes.
Getting the short game down a bit and it will hopefully all come togther quickly.
Shot a +40 in CC round then after more practice I shot a +6 in my career modes 1st tourney.
Game is fun and I'm happy so far.

Played us open quick tournament on simulation and was -1 through 4 holes and easily hitting good shots. Was thinking I was gonna come in here to complain how I was dominating pebble Beach thinking Id hit more birdies..boy was I wrong.

I went on a 6 hole bogey streak.. kept mi****ing everything. Finished with a +11 due to some out of bound shots.

Made me so happy!

You can change to the right stick in gameplay settings.

Not sure what to say other than I absolutely love this game so far. I've played two rounds, one as my created guy on the level after Pro where I shot -4 in the Amateur Championship in Career. And another round where I used a real golfer on Simulation difficulty to see how difficult it is. Needless to say, after a +ALOT round on this difficulty, there is definitely a middle ground somewhere for me in this game that will produce realistic but also FUN results for me.

Kudos to EA. I could nitpick things, for sure, but none of them bother me enough to stick in my mind. I had a ton of fun playing and the short game options really is sublime. You're only limited by your imagination with how you want to play shots around the green and I have pulled off some extremely rewarding shots in the two rounds I've played.

This game in year's past hasn't always been the most realistic game but it always attained certain levels of fun. Last year, was a very good effort that came up just short. I found this year's game has made the minor evolution in just the right areas that puts it over the top.

I wasn't going to pick this game up after spending a ton on 13's extra courses and enjoying it quite a bit. But what I've played of it so far has swung me the other way. Just a great, great game of golf!

Camera angles after putts are just terrible doesn't matter which cam you are in. What's head scratching are there are some good angles in the mix but they hardly trigger. When you have to listen if your putt goes in because the camera has put you in a spot you can't see it...that's bad.

The short game is ridiculously easy. It's always been way too easy in this game but this year I don't think I could hit a shot out of the bunker or green side rough that doesn't end within 10 feet of the hole.

I find putting much easier as well. I don't know why it doesn't seem any different than last year but I think I have 3 putted once in 200 holes.

Hitting from the rough doesn't seen as much of a penalty, I can easily put the ball back in play.

I'm having a hard time with my accuracy thanks to the new swing paths so it's good to spray the ball around but when everything else is so easy I'm not finding the disastrous scores most other are reporting.

Basic hole goes like this. Miss a fairway, hit it out to the fairway, chip close and 1 putt for par. Typically my bad holes come from me not knowing a hazard was reachable or clipping a tree when coming back out to the fairway.

Don't get me wrong I'm not shooting consistently under par, but my worst round on the ST a +14 I shot at 3am last night after 3 hours of NHL online is better than most of my early scores with TW13 last year with the setting we played in our club.

FWIW I am enjoying the game but the post putting cameras really need to be fixed.

My only issue so far is in online game modes you can't see where the other players hit the ball. Like in four ball or other modes where you can watch the other team. Example me an my friend was playing four ball an the other team chipped it in and won the hole,and we couldn't see it happen. Other than that this game is great. I was really hoping they would add some kind of a Online Dynasty, that's what I thought club tour was,but anyway this game is top notch its got something for everyone at every skill level.

Yea, the Green Jacket ceremony is only in the Masters edition.

Is that for career mode? What's the deal with the quick tournament mode, if you win with an in-game pro is there a presentation ceremony for each tournaments?

Career mode, yes. That is the only presentation ceremony I am aware of is the Green Jacket. There may be others, but I am not aware of them as I have not made the PGA TOUR yet in CM....

That's something that's always bugged me about all console/computer golf games. Why in the WORLD don't they make the results when hitting out of rough more RANDOM??!! Sometimes it should jump; sometimes it plop short, sometimes it should skid off at a bad trajectory... It would make the game SO much more realistic, and actually make the player careful about not hitting in the rough.

I'm really on the fence about this game. I am playing the hell out of it and enjoying it a lot but the lack of yardage to hazards is an issue.

Most rounds I am cruising along at -2 to +2 and then I hit a shot and it ends up in a water hazard I didn't know was there (because I didn't do the flyby) or that I had no idea I could reach.

I didn't think this would be an issue for me but man it is bothering me. I was -3 with 2 holes to go in the sim 5 hole tourney and I hit my drive dead to nuts down the middle and the ball rolled through the fairway into the water. Ended up even for the whole thing but I had no idea that water was in play, very frustrating...

I'll also respectfully disagree that automatic ball drops have been improved.

That is the difficulty I have been playing and I am having no problems with it....
