    EASHL Player Problem

My online player is a legend 1 and all I need to get to the next level is get an overall grade of an A-. However the meter for the overall grade won't move at all and has been stuck like this for close to 100 games if not more. My friend shares the same numbers(meaning position score, team play, and stats) and his meter actually does move up and down.

Has anyone ever had this problem and if so what should I do? Thanks for any help.

    Re: EASHL Player Problem

I came here looking for info on exactly this.

I'm waiting to level up, and the only thing holding me back is my overall grade.

I dropped to a B a while ago after a few horrible games, and ever since, my rating seems to be stuck. I've played at least 20 games or so since then, with game ratings that I'm sure are averaged to B+ or better (eg. A+ B+ B, for example, on Position, Team Play, and Stats), yet my overall grade doesn't budge off B.

Strangely as well, at the end of a game, my overall grade will briefly display B+, but then change back to B.

Is this a glitch (if so, oh my freaking gawd), or is the averaging just making it take longer than I think it should?

I just read this on EA's help page, and am going to try it...

"13. I continue to get good grades, but my overall grade will not go up. Why can't I get my Legend Card?
It may be that some of the positions you have played previously have low grades. Go into the Performance Tracker screen in the Clubs menu and view your grades for each position. If one is particularly low, play more games to increase that grade to boost up your overall grade."

OK, the info above worked for me.

I checked my Performance tracker, and I was a bit weak at Center. I hardly EVER play center, but I purposely chose center on my next game, and got good ratings. That one game caused my overall grade to go up, and I levelled.

I'm glad that helped you however for others this is still a problem. All of the players have good ratings however the meter still reads 0 percent. There must be a glitch or something. And Apparently you can't even delete it and start over.

            Re: EASHL Player Problem

I was finally able to talk to someone at EA and here is what they said. They said this issue does happen from time to time and is caused by a bad saved game file. They will take you through the troubleshooting and it should fix the problem. I haven't yet gone through the troubleshooting but once I do I will update this thread again.

Deleting your EASHL player is not an option as your player is not saved on your console but instead on the EA servers.

So they grade you bad for not playing with all positions?

              How can i receive a
              A+
              C+
              A-

while scoring 3 goals and hand out 5 assists in one game?
This makes it so hard for me to reach Legend 1,2,3....
