for those of you who didn't fall in line with M13

I have a question for those people that were turned off by all of the changes made in Madden 13. If the series continues in the same direction and pretty much ignores our plea for real franchise, draft class, edit, you name it... are you done with Madden?
I, for the first time ever, have abandoned the current version of the game for a past version. The realism is just not there at all in M13, and if there aren't drastic changes, I'm just gonna continue to update the rosters on M12 and not be buying any more.

I think I'm done regardless. It's all about online and HUT now, neither of which I have no desire to play.

There needs to be another option. I'm done regardless but it's not the old features I care about. I wasn't turned off by all the changes, I was turned off because so many of the changes made the game for the worse.

Wait, what?? There's no more franchise in Madden? Where have I been? Can you not edit rosters and play with them anymore? Man, I'm freaked out right now, bc I REALLY wanted to give Madden another shot this year.

Losing those features was the final push that sent me over the cliff. But I was already teetering heavily before.

The screwed up OL/DL had been wearing me down over the years.....And Im going to need to see something Elite in that area before I will consider it again. Thats like the bare minimum for me...it has to have at least that.

I know I'm in the minority, but I think Madden took a turn for the better this year. CCM has the potential to be way better than franchise mode ever was.

Imported draft classes were always a joke so I never used that feature, couldn't care less if it returned. Progression needs to be fixed though, I don't like how it was done this year.

All in alp, the potential is there... Just giving it time to see if they reach it.

Right now I'd say I'm more inclined to just play '12 and keep updating because while I enjoyed HC09 there were way too many problems with '13 that kept me from buying.I don't believe this years version will be cleaned up enough to warrant a purchase either.I don't feel like waiting around for a patch to fix issues only to be disappointed when the most important* problems never get addressed.

I've been playing Madden pretty much for the last 20 years. The current gen iteration has largely been a nightmare of colossal proportions. Everything awesome they did last gen was completely wasted this gen. Still can't relocate your franchise like you could. The online crap detracts their focus from making a quality football game. You STILL can't do playaction worth a damn. The offensive line plays like absolute crap, no matter how good your linemen are. The defensive line interactions are still pathetic... where's the swim move, shoulder, etc? The menus take way too long to load because they're obsessed with pretty graphics instead of giving us the info we need...fast.

In short, I haven't bought Madden in about four years, only rented off Gamefly. That pattern does not look to change if the best they can do is add a uniform guy. And the worst thing is, despite having a uniform guy, they will STILL get tons of details wrong.

If Madden 25/14 doesn't have custom roster in Fran/CCM, 32 team control, importing draft classies(the one I doubt the least) and the abilty to us the classic player they touting been touting in career modes Some reason to believe the gameplay and AI has been improved. I can't see myself buying this game. I still play and enjoy more and more Madden 12. I play about 3 games a week in my 12 Franchise and I'm only in season 3 and I have 3 draft classes left enough to last me another year easy.

They need to get rid of the stupid scripted draft classes, that ruins it for me. And connected career mode needs to be redone or scrapped. They added a few cool new things but F'd up all the other things that were good.

I'm already done to, I got 13 for half price on the Origin black friday sale and got rid of it after one season a month ago and bought 12. 12 is ok, but I miss the kick stick and the more classic franchise mode. I'm considering firing up 06 or 07 on the PS2 and my old tube television in my bedroom tonight just to see if it looks decent enough to get a good experience. Though I'm also contemplating picking up 11 to try on the way home.

All else fails I may go back to 10, I had a pretty good experience when I had that and now am wishing I'd of kept it.

they need to add back those features as well as add a fully customizeable playable camera option. 2 playable angles one of which is waaaayyy too low and one is way to far away and boring. its 2013 get er done already . EA needs to "fall in line" with the rest of the sports gaming world and start listening to what we want, not what "they" want to add in to the game. its about US not you, and your sales or should i say, lack there of, speak to this.
