How many plays combined are you getting for both teams? It looks like you are getting way too many plays per game. What the gamespeed you are playing with and how much game clock and accelerated clock is you using?

Yeah you should probably bump everything up to the blue set(Besides the CPUs offense), and bump the CPUs rush defense to the black set.
