Mlb2k13 Roster updates?

When was the last update from 2K?
Does anyone know if they plan to update rosters during the season?

There was one late last week and they will update this year.

I'm sure they will update on opening day as all rosters will be officially set.

Well I have to say im impressed. I guess with such low expectations it was easy to be impressed.

2K rolled out a Roster update around 3am ET this morning and its 100% accurate as far as I can tell.

I checked 10 major league teams Im familiar with and all was good.

Red Sox was 100%, Yankees Opening Day Roster was 100%, all injured players noted(Grandy. Arod, Tex etc).

Lets see how long it lasts

I have to concur. Everything looks spot on as far as the majors go. It also appears they added some major prospects that are starting the season in the minors (under fake names of course). For example, I see that Oscar Taveras was added to Double A Springfield in the Cardinals organization under the name Olliver Tillman. Apart from the fake name, everything about Taveras is correct (potential range, jersey number, height, weight, race, etc.).

All in all, I'm extremely satisfied with 2k's effort in not only this roster update, but as well as keeping MLB Today updated and accurate. Gotta give props to 2K on that front.

After you downloaded the rosters, did you load them? After you do that, it should be the rosters you go into the franchise with.
