On balls though, I have seen them. I've balked twice. Never seen the CPU do it though.

CPU can't balk, only the human player.

i turned balks off for offline mode. no pt in having something penalize you that never happens to the cpu. (imo)

I used to do it frequently when in the stretch.

I also have it turned off now.

I've only seen one balk. Oddly it was by Bigfoot.

I leave balks on because it helps keep me from pitchin' too fast against the CPU.
Every so often, I rush & get called for a balk, but it's never really hurt me
as I can't recall doin' it with bags full.

Balks only happen to HUM; it's just for deterring quick pitching.

Bigfoot didn't make the cut due to memory limitation on PS3... hopefully on PS4 though. It would definitely be cool if you could spot him once in a while in a few of those minor league stadiums.

Maybe I'm missing something but I'm not sure what is meant by bigfoot. However I've balked a couple times and after I did so in the bottom of the ninth in a tied game with 2 outs and the bases loaded (walkoff Balk) I turned it off... Infuriating to say the least.
