    THE SEASON-A MLB/MiLB Baseball Idea

    Welcome to

Welcome one and all, to a little thing that I call: THE SEASON. I had a nagging problem the other day where I wanted to start a franchise but I didn't know what team or if I should do minor league or major league so I decided the hell with it, I'm going to be EVERY team. Yes you heard me right. The idea is that I'm going to play every game in the entire season for every team at the MLB, AAA, and AA level! This includes spring training, all star break, and postseason. I know it's going to take a long time but I'm committed to doing it. Now you're wondering how I'm going to play every game and here's how.

HOW I'M GOING TO PLAY EACH GAME
-Every day I'm going to play the game on the schedule and do a write up on here
-How I pick the team is I will play as the team who won in that game
    - The starting lineup and pitcher will be decided by mlb.com on that game

And that is pretty much it. So I hope you guys enjoy this and I will start the first game in a bit!

    THE SEASON
    ROSTER: OSFMV.1
SLIDERS: MADMEN'S- LET PLAYER ATTRIBUTES TAKE OVER
    NCAAFB: Minnesota Golden Gophers

Joel Hanrahan throws out the first pitch of Spring Training.

Hello everyone and welcome to the first game of THE SEASON. As everyone came into the ball park today, they were wondering a bunch of things. Why were the Red Sox playing a AA Team? Why was Joel Hanrahan starting when he's a closer? And most importantly, what was going to happen about the split-squad? Who was playing in this one? Well all those questions were answered in this game. Both of the teams got off to a slow start in the first two innings as the pitching was dominating. The Red Sox didn't seem to be worried though as they knew they were going to win. As the Red Sox pitching dominated in the first 3 innings of the game, the Sox bats came alive in the 3rd when the scored two runs on a Shane Victorino double. After that, it was down hill for the Seawolves. They were scoreless until the 5th where some no-named player hit a sacrifice fly that scored a run. But the Red Sox would answer back in the 5th also by a Jose Iglesias double and a Dustin Pedroia single. The Seawolves didn't answer back anymore so they forfeited in the 7th as the Red Sox win the first split-squad game in 7 innings. Join me next time as I will cover the Red Sox next game. Until then, have a good day.
