To the people wishing for 10 Day Contracts in Association, they're already on 2k13.

It needs the real nba salary rules, I know it's a **** ton and hard to understand but almost all trades and signings come down to finances any more, that should be reflected in association mode. I'm talking mle, mini mle, vets minimum etc. Make playing for a small market generally a disadvantage when it comes to the salary, things like the Rudy gay trade should happen.

Aside from adding a college basketball game, I'd like to see a more in depth my player.. Add in player allies and rivals, how much your teammates like you or dislike you and your general perception among players around the NBA.. Better rotations, if I'm a 6'1" PG I should not be put in at SF or PF.. And instead of post game press conferences make them around your locker, reporters standing around you asking you questions..
Plus being able to customize your locker..
And like a highlight show you can watch, showing highlights of games the previous night with like an ESPN bottom line showing the scores and top performers..

Maybe get ESPN and TNT for game broadcasts, and local broadcasts for teams.

Better crowds, make the crowd louder and more reactive.. Like if your making a late comeback and hit that big 3 that ties it up or takes the lead the crowd goes absolutely crazy

Oh and make passing smarter, it irritates me to no end when (in my player or a regular game) I'm dribbling out around the perimeter and someone comes open inside, I press the button to pass and he throws it cross court to a guy being guarded, it's easily picked and yea.. I figure it would be common sense to pass to the wide open guy, especially when it's gotta be a bang bang play..

And a more realistic play style, when I drive the lane and a defensive player rotates around it usually just makes my guy stop instead of driving into contact, and when he does get contact its hardly ever whistled

A minor gripe is when I have a few guys I don't get into the game, then after on their player card it say they played 1 minute instead of a DNP

And in create a player give the ability to make their past stats, if they've played for like 5 years be able to add who they played for, their PPG,RPG,APG etc.. Where were they drafted, etc..

And add a starting lineup presentation in the pre game, where the arena announcer does it.. If anything do it for big games and the playoffs.. And if a created player is the lineup and the game can't say the name it'll just say the nickname and the college/country they're from

Since i don't really have a problem with vc(except for the fact that everything costs so much) maybe they could make our contracts bigger. like instead of 500vc for 2years, maybe we could get at least like 10,000 for 2years(so long as they don't make clothes, players, ect cost more vc). Plus make it to where your mycareer team can face other mycareer teams online. I would also like to see quick match team up turned into a offline mode as well. sometimes me and my brother want to play, but we don't want to control the whole team, but since that feature is only available online, we cant. Plus i guess it would be cool to add where if you retire your player, it doesn't get rid of him altogether, so if you want to make a comeback to the league, you can. Plus i get tired of my game just trading people, just to trade people. I mean melo got traded from nyc to phx, cp3 is now on houston, and they somehow still have Lin and harden. danny green is on a new team every year, and the celtics have a new coach every year. Not to mention that greg pop is coaching portland now WTF??? and george karl is coaching San antonio. Plus i wish there was another way to significantly upgrade your attributes besides using vc. I also wish that you could gain special skills without buying them, say for instance, if your a good finisher it will be recognized as a special skill instead of having to buy it, but i wish the ability to buy skills would still be there just in case.

i know this is a lot and some may disagree, but im just throwin stuff out there.

1. Fix the shot selection: players should shoot trying to avoid the defenders.

2. Speed up the layup and close shot animations: players don't jump slow when near defenders, quick shots.

3. Remove all those unrealistic animations: catch, speed burst (for the love of bacon)

4. High alley oop passes for great jumpers; Jordan, Griffin, LeBron, McGee, D12, etc..

I would like to see Custom Rosters for OA, as long as it's on the 2k share the server should be able to support it in the OA. Maybe just let us edit players in OA. I'm a visual guy so i hate seeing the generic shoes and players having the wrong accessories

Been badgering for yrs, seems it will never happen.

Smarter rotations/playing time - Depth Chart should stay to what I set it as unless an injury occurs, in which the injured player is worked back into the rotation not giving 30 minutes a game off the jump.

Fix the game clock, been glitchy for years. Clock should not be ticking after a made basket, in which after the ball is hit up court and then you have to wait for the ref to take his time to bring u the ball awhile the time is decreasing, really ruins close games. 5yrs and counting smh.

PLEASE bring back the ability to download sliders from 2kshare! I never thought I could miss this so much, but it is a pain in the behind to input sliders in the game manually.

If there is some reason they took it away or can't bring it back, please alert me.

Could not agree more. I hit a game winner a few nights ago in game 3 of the NBA finals. The crowd- silence.

a couple things i want to see change or improve or added is

1. d league as well as 10 day contracts (brings more realism to the game)

2. 4 team trades (also trade protected or non protected draft picks and able to trade cash 4 players)

3. improve the physics in 2k (a couple times dwight howard got bullied by steve novak ps. i was using lakers vs knicks on hall of fame so i think it had to do with the difficulty a little bit still no reason that should happen)

4. the core fundamentals of basketball was not in 2k in my opinion(boxing out plays a big role in baksetball i felt like that wasnt happen in 2k and offense was overpowered and defense was underpowered ex. i had avery bradley sticking p mills and mills just went right thru bradley like he wasnt there when clock was expiring) players like kevin love should standout in rebounding. tony allen stand out more for his defense. zach randolph should be a handful in the paint

5. different haircuts and tattoos

6. passing packages (ex. rondo and rubio packages) and a button for flashy passes or flashy fakes pass (this will make players like ricky rubio have a bigger impact / value on 2k

Also I'm sure I'm not the only one missing the College Hoops franchise. It's always been a dream of mine to see some NCAA integration within the NBA 2k series. Now I understand this may not be contractually possible but there should be some more acknowledgement to how upcoming rookies in OA and Association are playing throughout the NCAA season.

Also if it were possible imagine a MyCareer scenario where you select your college as lets say Ohio State. You begin your career in the Sweet 16 or the Final Four and have the chance to improve your draft stock by leading your team to the NCAA Championship Game. This would be a dream feature and if it were done well (atmosphere, etc.) it would be an amazing addition.

I agree with the college thing. It would be cool if they made it to where depending on how you do, you could either go strait to the NBA, or spend some time in the dleague before going pro. And though this might never happen, it'd be cool if you could get asked to go to the Olympics as a part of team USA.
