    Future PES games to include the Asian Champions League

    Dedicated mode to feature 32 competing teams

    New series releases will feature a dedicated mode enabling users to control one of the 32 teams that compete in the tournament.

    Shinji Hirano, president of Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH, said of the deal: "The acquisition of such a high-profile license such as the AFC Champions League is integral to our ambitious plans for the Pro Evolution Soccer series.

      Hopefully this mode is in this year's release. More teams is always a good thing. Maybe the J-League will finally be in the versions for the rest of the world too?

          It's always cool to have more teams, but unfortunately I'm sure this will work the same as their Copa Libertadores mode. You'll only be able to play as the teams against other teams in the league. Hopefully they be able to license the Argentinian league, and maybe some others.

              Yeah I think they need to continue to target those markets. I really would enjoy playing with more South American teams and the like. I enjoyed Copa Libertadores a lot in PES 2013. I hope they make a push for CONCACAF Champions League next and possibly Liga MX or MLS since they are neglected by FIFA.

                  Adding the J League and Chinese Super League would be very good.

                      this is absolutely useless unless we can use the teams in ML mode...
