What aspects of the NCAA series bother you, even though they're definitely not a priority to get fixed?

For me, it really bothers me that when you motion a SB (HB) in the Wishbone, he motions into the backfield instead of to the other side of the formation. If EA fixed this, it would really make an old-school Run and Shoot offense a lot more fun, especially since you could combine it with the option. Plus, motioning a RB into the backfield is pointless. It takes him out of the play. The point of motioning a SB into the backfield is that the player gets a running start on the snap - the plays where this would be advantageous are already designed to do so in-game. Pulling a blocker into the backfield isn't going to help anything at all, and putting a reciever back there only means that it takes longer to get to the LOS.

The inability to edit school prestige rating or pitch grades prior to the start of a dynasty or online dynasty.

2 things...
First is the sliders... for one they seem to have little effect at times and when they do work they aren't specific enough. I wish NCAA had sliders like 2k where you could modify and control everything.
Secondly is the player models. The head and bodies have been messed up for several years now and the adjustments that go along with them. Why can't we just have solid player models that look good and are able to be modified well?

In online dynasty I can't change the CPU's uniforms.

EA could potentially make more money if they did this too

Not being able to assign duplicate #'s through edit player but can via team builder...which you then lose any custom entrance and other stuff assigned to the team.

Also, team builder..not being able to edit rosters

This really bothers me as well. It's kind of a slap in the face to hardcore dynasty guys. If you sell someone uniforms via DLC, we should be able to get more use out of them. I don't understand why they won't let you do this.

Also the duplicate number thing bugs me. As a guy who edits rosters and spends a ton of time on them, it would be nice if they would fix that. just code the game so you can't have duplicate #'s on the field at the same time to prevent online cheesers. As for me as far as editing, I would be happy if we were just able to get all the abilities/ equipment/ player models as Madden. One small thing I would like is for them to let you enter a hometown. It would be cool if I could get them all correct. Oh yeah, and unlock Hyphens and Periods.

Minor:

- Coach prestige ratings broken in my offline Dynasty. (I've won 1 NC and 3 SEC Championships in 8 years, yet I'm still at "D" coach prestige.)

- I don't recall ever seeing an incoming transfer request in the offseason.

I will balance those two quibbles with two new things I saw for the first time tonight:

+ CPU successfully converted a fake punt play. CPU caught me offguard and rushed for a first down.

+ still seeing new animations, even into my 9th season: I (foolishly) hurled it deep in double coverage, my receiver leaps up, claims ball, but is hit by the two defenders, including a viscious crack-in-the-back by the safety, resulting in my WR barely hanging onto the ball with *one hand*, then as they land, the two defenders fall to the ground, my WR stumbles but maintains balance, and runs for the TD. Nice to see that.

Good thread. It's a great way for ppl to seperate the things they feel the game absolutely needs from the things that would just add to their playing experience in a positive way. You should start another one so that we can list our own personal game breakers.

These are minor annoyances for me, not game breakers:

Out of date equipment, particularly the cleats.
Lack of dynamic weather
No chain gang
Lack of dynamic crowd atmosphere
Slow, laggy 3D menus (Fixed for 14, so they say)
Glitched player model sliders
Oversized football
The player models
Just a lack of overall features compared to last gen.

Not being able to see the CPU's offensive personnel while playing co-op with a friend. Makes calling defense a guessing game.

The God awful crowd noise last year. You hear 1 person (in a stadium of 100,000) whistle or yell something.

Also the fact that i could sub in my kicker as a RG or center and he would not get pan caked. He would actually hold his block.

At least I'm probably gonna enjoy the acceleration button in this years game. It would annoy me when i would get through the defense with one of the fastest players in the game and look like i could walk into the endzone and next thing you know it, Usian Bolt at FS from the other side of the field comes zooming in and tackles me.
