Bought it brand new in packaging from Amazon, got it this morning opened it up, and the card that suppose to have the activation code on the back was blank, any help and what to do or who to contact?

I think it'd be easiest to contact Amazon. They'd probably let you replace the game.

did they send it to you via email? possibly on the reciept email

Contact the seller you both it from

When you open it up you should have a little piece of paper with McCutchen on the cover it says online pass activation at the top in the back is the code

The online code comes inside the game from Sony, has nothing to do with Amazon. I also bought mine from Amazon. The only code that was e-mailed to me was the Amazon Pre order bonus for Diamond Dynasty.

Yeah you should really contact SCEA with this one. If you bought it brand new still in the wrapping, than it has nothing to do with Amazon. That's so strange though.

Okay, as usual I misunderstood the question... Yes the online codes did come in the packages for both PS3 and Vita...

Got in Contact with SCEA on Friday i had to sent a copy of my Amazon Receipt and the photo/scan of the front and back of the voucher card, just received my code and entered it in, I'm good to go and finally get to start my franchise
