I drive a 2004 Dodge Neon:
It's stock, bare-bones model same Red color and everything.
I removed those stupid black door guards and the car actually looks much nicer that way. Also replaced the god awful taillights with an aftermarket set.
I got it for 7000$ with under 10,000 miles on it back in 2005, so it was practically brand new. It has 112,000+ miles on it now and I've only had a small handful of issues with it. The radiator went bad, my heater-core went bad (worst DIY repair experience ever), and my one rear brake solenoid failed and needed replaced. It's coming due for a new timing chain, as it has begun to idle roughly from time to time.
I always had plans to do more modifications to it, but then I became a father and it didn't matter to me anymore. It's paid for and it gets me from A to B. I plan to run it into the ground. By then I'll have a great paying job and enough money to buy a DeLorean.
