Will you be able to control all 32 teams in Madden 25?

I have looked around and have not seen anything on this yet. I'm one of those that likes to make things as real as possible to whats going on during the season and last year they didn't give us this option, I'm wondering if anyone has heard anything on this yet? It's most likely a make or break thing for me.

Exactly and when you are playing as a coach that is when you would control all 32 teams or not, so I don't know why he said that.

Let's pray there total control of all teams, still don't understand why they took it out last year when it's been in every year prior.

Well the official statement by Josh Looman on that is that they were trying to be as authentic as possible and make it to where you were only controlling one coach at a time, because as he said "The Browns coach isn't able to control the Patriots or any other team in the real NFL". While that may be true, I know there was a workaround that was in the game where you could control more than one team at a time, although it was pretty complicated. I expect we will see a return of controlling all 32 teams especially if there is a owner mode, which I'm 99.9% sure there will be based on the pre-order bonuses and the tagline for CFM Part 2 "Take ultimate control of your franchise."

Does that mean we'll find out if we can edit players too in franchise mode? That's make or break it for me.

To me that's a cop out. Its a video game. Why can't I have the freedom to be more than one team. I should have the freedom to control 1, 2, or 32 teams. Especially if the CPU can't resign the correct players.

I think its more likely this:

Connected Franchise Part 2 (to be released 5/20) – Take ultimate control of your franchise.

This is more franchise focused (controlling 32 franchises) while the other seems more player/coach focused.

Did you play Madden 13? Do you know how Connected Careers works? Playing as a coach is the same as Franchise.

I definitely agree with you. Part 1 reads to me as upgrades to the mode, Part 2 will introduce the new owner side of things.

I don't know how he sees it the way he does.

My two sons and I have had a tradition, a tradition that sadly came to an end with 13. we like to control three different teams in the same franchise and go multi years with it.

CCM is ok but we need the control back we had with 12..

I really don't think they care or realize all problems they caused last year by not letting you control everything, if i wanted a fantasy season I'd just d o it, we'll see what happens but they will for sure lose a long timer customer if this isn't in the game.
