Some guy made a thread about this regarding UDub's new stadium. Speedy 43 mentioned this, but EA uses laser scanning to get the stadium in the game. If the renovations aren't completed by the time the scanning is done, they won't be in the game.

IE Boise St and MSU should be in there, but Va Tech and K State probably won't.
