If NCAA 2015 were the last version...?

With the lawsuit going on, lets say that EA decides to shut down the college football game should the ruling and appeals not go their way.

If EA, knowing that let's say NCAA 15 is going to be the last version in the series, would they pull out all the stops and try to make the best game they can?

I am asking based on the assumption that even if EA wanted to go all out and make a game that would be more than consumers imagine, could they do it with all the resources they have? Or has the same thinking they have used for many years be the reason they cannot break out and make the game we all want to see?
