This lawsuit has far reaching complications for the NCAA, if these players get paid for being in a VG then why not for being on TV, jersey sales, etc..? This lawsuit will get dragged through our legal system for years, would not be too surprised to see it end up in the Supreme Court for a final ruling as to whether NCAA players should get paid. The NCAA and individual Universities have a hell of a lot more to lose than EA, it's peanuts comparatively.
