I agree with you Big. It seems like there was nothing to both blogs. I remember reading tons of info just on how they redid their stat engine to get more realistic stats a few years ago. I hope there other additions besides changing prices and marketing t shirts. I am thrilled they brought back 32 team control and import mode, but it does seem like not a lot of info.

I can see why they grouped the two together.

There are now alot more questions than answers but for the time being i will give EA props for trying to bring what we should have had for years now .

            Re: Is Owner Mode It?

Agreed !!!! I like the Owner Mode information, but what about the Coaching aspect? Will we actually be able to just coach from the sideline?

I did read one of the articles which stated that depending on your personnel, such as trainers, a player may return from injury with degraded attributes, or not...(A good start)...

What about game plans? The same old system or can we make custom plans? I see in one of the screenshots that there is a "strategy" select with X's n O's, I am assuming this involves game plans at least, but to what extent?

I would assume there have to be more details for this that will come out. If its not said by june 10th (e3) or at E3 then I would assume its not in the game.

At least I hope there is going to be more info at E3

Unless I skipped over it, I didn't see anything about a player editor during a franchise. Sure hope that is still in...

I'm curious if the team name choices vary by location because both Beats and Dodgers are totally Brooklyn but if you changed the location would you get new team name and logo options?

I'm totally stoked this is back, when I was younger I moved the Denver Broncos to Portland, OR and became the Portland Brewers but could only use the Shamrock logo and be referred to as the "home team"/ "away team"

Hopefully I can move them, keep the logo and name, but give them different jerseys!

I think the names are tied to the locations. If you look at the Dodgers photo there it's also for Brooklyn, so I'm guessing each city will have at least a couple different options. The reason for the pre-determined names and cities is to allow for the commentary to account for them instead of referring to the teams as home/away team.

It's a smart move. It hinders creativity but it will be programmed to make your new team feel more natural.
